Peppermint Vanilla Donut Glaze

Equipment

  • Hand mixer

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 3 Tb Milk 2% or Whole
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 toothpick dip Peppermint Essential Oil food grade

Instructions

  • Add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla together making sure to remove any lumps in the powered sugar
  • Blend until smooth, adding additional milk for a thinner consistency
  • For mild peppermint, dip a toothpick into peppermint bottle and swirl into glaze
  • For strong mint, add 1 drop of peppermint and taste, you can always add more but the essential oils are strong and can easily overpower your glaze.
