Pour 2-2.6oz pineapple juice into each opening. Popsicle mold sizes may vary, please do not overfill.
If using fruit pieces, add 1-2 tsp of pineapple to each popsicle mold and reduce the amount of juice
The fruit will sink to the bottom creating separated look in your frozen product. If you want a uniform appearance, freeze juice in ice cube tray and blend. Add fruit to slush and pour into molds.
Place lid to cover mold and insert popsicle sticks
CAREFULLY put in freezer taking care to keep mold flat. *Placing on a 1/4 sheet baking pan is helpful
Let freeze for at least 2 hours. Overnight is ideal if you plan ahead.
To remove from mold, run warm water over the bottom and popsicles should easily release. Serve immediately.
Store in gallon size freezer bags or package in plastic serving bags for easy transportation. Adding a green paper pineapple topper is optional but very fun!
