Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Spread fig preserves onto your prepared crust.
Slice onions and sauté with a little oil or butter until they turn translucent, then continue until light brown and caramelized. Sprinkle on crust.
Prepare protein of choice and spread on crust.
Add blue cheese crumbles making sure not to leave any large clumps.
Sprinkle evenly with shredded sharp cheddar.
Top with chopped fresh herbs, like rosemary, if desired.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
