Ingredients

For the Hot Butterbeer

  • 1 cup 2% Milk Sub Milk Alternative for Dairy Free - Oat Milk Recommended
  • 3/4 cup Cream Soda
  • 1 Tb Salted Butter Sub Butter Alternative for Dairy Free - Coconut Butter Recommended
  • 2 Tb Butterscotch Instant Pudding Mix Dry
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla
  • Sprinkle Ground Ginger
  • Sprinkle Ground Cinnamon

For a Felix Felices Potion

  • 1/4" line Yellow Food Coloring Gel
  • 1/4 tsp Gold Edible ultra fine glitter

For the Topping

  • To taste Whipped Cream Sub Whipped Cream Alternative for Dairy Free - Coconut Whipped Cream Recommended
  • To taste Butterscotch Syrup
  • Gold Sprinkles for Felix Felices topping

Instructions

  • Warm your milk and butter until melted. Then add your soda and stir well.
  • Add the pudding mix and whisk to remove any lumps. Once fully incorporated stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and ginger.
  • OPTIONAL: for Felix Felices golden "luck" potion - add yellow food coloring and food grade shimmer powder
  • Serve in mugs and top with whipped cream and butterscotch syrup
