Healthier Buffalo Chicken Dip
A deliciously creamy guilt-free buffalo chicken dip with all the flavor but only half the fat of regular recipes. Lighten up your game day menu and enjoy this yummy appetizer.

- 2 cups Shredded Chicken
- 8 oz Neufchatel Cream Cheese softened
- 2 Tb Franks Red Hot adjust to taste, add up to 1/2 cup
- 1/2 cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 package Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1-1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese divided
- 1/4 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
Mix shredded chicken and softened cream cheese thoroughly until no lumps of cream cheese remain.
In a separate bowl mix greek yogurt and the packet of Ranch Dressing Mix.
Stir yogurt dressing mix and Frank's Red Hot into the creamy chicken
Add 1 cup of cheddar cheese and fold into mixture
Spread into a small casserole dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles.
Bake 350° for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken dip is bubbly.
Serve with celery sticks, baby carrots, tortilla chips, bread cubes, or even on a bed of lettuce for a buffalo chicken salad!
This is a tough recipe to make dairy free but you can cut back on the dairy by substituting a non-dairy cream cheese like Kite Hill's almond cream cheese and still have it taste great.
Using a high protein low fat Greek Yogurt really increases the nutrition of this yummy appetizer. If you eat a lot of this Buffalo Chicken Dip in the Oven Recipe with carrot and celery sticks, you might be able to avoid the potato chips! This guilt-free option is one of my game day favorites!
