Heat the flour in the microwave on a plate for 1 minute - this kills any potential bacteria. Let cool
Cream the butter and the sugars together in your stand mixer or use a hand mixer and a large bowl.
Add the vanilla and stir again
Slowly add the cooled flour and mix until it's a thick dough
Then stir in milk a little at a time until you get a nice cookie dough - PlayDoh consistency.
For Elf Spaghetti
Once you have a nice stiff dough, create a cylindrical shape - it'll look a bit like a potato - and chill for 30 minutes
Stuff chilled dough into pasta press. Once full, add the spaghetti noodle ring and start to smoothly twist handle.
Twist noodles out as individual servings onto each plate. You do not want to try and move noodles after pressing.
Once a nice pile of edible cookie dough spaghetti has formed let each guest top with their desired toppings.
Syrup and Pop Tarts are required.
