When planning a party food is a crucial element. The best party menu furthers your theme, fills tummies, AND is somewhat nutritious. Not all party food needs to be full of fat and sugar…just some of it! Let's take a look at some fun {and healthier} ideas for Wonder Woman Party Food. *Low sugar party*

*Pro Tip: peanut butter and jelly sandwiches can be made ahead of time and frozen for easy party prep. Use Adams Peanut Butter or almond butter and real fruit spread for less sugar, and up the nutrition with whole wheat bread.
Star Fruit Plate: I love this fruit plate from Pinterest, with yogurt pretzels and cubed cheese inside a star cookie cutter. It may be more Captain America but Wonder Woman would rock that too.
Flavored Ice Cubes: Don't forget the drinks! Freeze cranberry or grape juice in this Wonder Woman Ice Cube tray and add to lightly sweetened lemonade. Or freeze strawberry yogurt for fun yogurt pops.
*Healthy Foodie tip: Popcorn doesn't have to be junk. Use an air-popper and spritz with melted coconut oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and you've got a delicious snack.
Wonder Woman Party Desserts
Cupcake toppers: Since cupcakes are the go-to party treat of choice, dress them up with some Classic Wonder Woman printable cupcake toppers. A similar classic Wonder Woman ‘W' is done by Creativien on Etsy, and 2 design LINE does a great Wonder Woman image similar to the one pictured.
Lasso of Truth: No Wonder Woman party food table would be complete without a lasso of truth. These yellow Twizzlers, from Setting the Mood with Jamee, all tied up in knots make a fabulous themed treat.
Presentation is Key
Children {and adults for that matter} will eat just about anything presented in a fun way. Use these superhero food towers to display your healthier party food options and they might not even realize some of the sugar is missing!
